Last Revised: June 17th, 2026

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting any deposit, payment, authorization form, registration form, or electronic acceptance, Passenger confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Passenger further acknowledges that these Terms & Conditions apply to the Passenger and to all members of Passenger’s traveling party for whom Passenger is booking, paying, or otherwise submitting information.

Passenger understands that Travel Agency is relying on Passenger’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in confirming travel arrangements with third-party suppliers. Passenger agrees that failure to read these Terms & Conditions does not release Passenger from being bound by them.

Your payment constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Golden Life Travel LLC.

Electronic acceptance of these terms constitutes a valid electronic signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

Cruise lines

Transportation companies

Tour operators

All suppliers operate independently and are responsible for their own services.

SELF-BOOKED AIRFARE

For any trip, package, cruise, domestic travel, international travel, or group experience where Passenger books their own flights, Passenger is solely responsible for all flight arrangements, including but not limited to flight selection, schedule changes, cancellations, missed connections, delays, baggage issues, airline credits, airline refunds, seat assignments, and rebooking.

Travel Agency may, as a courtesy, provide general guidance during a flight disruption; however, Passenger understands that Travel Agency is not responsible for resolving, reimbursing, or paying for any costs related to self-booked airfare. This includes additional hotel nights, meals, transportation, missed transfers, missed excursions, missed cruise embarkation, missed group activities, replacement flights, or any other expense caused by an airline delay, cancellation, schedule change, or Passenger’s flight selection.

Passenger is responsible for notifying Travel Agency in writing of all flight details and any changes to those details. Travel Agency is not responsible for missed transfers, missed activities, or other travel interruptions as a result of tardiness.

Golden Life Travel LLC is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, delays, or failures of any third-party supplier.

Additional fees imposed by suppliers

Changes may include:

Removal of services

Airline reservations typically require cancellation and rebooking for name changes.

NO REFUND POLICY

Passenger understands that once payments are made, Travel Agency may immediately pay deposits, supplier fees, vendor costs, administrative costs, planning costs, group contract costs, and other non-refundable expenses on Passenger’s behalf. For this reason, all payments are subject to the cancellation, refund, and credit policies of Travel Agency and all applicable suppliers.

Any refund, future travel credit, voucher, or date change offered by a supplier is subject solely to that supplier’s terms, conditions, processing timeline, and approval. Travel Agency does not guarantee that any supplier will issue a refund, credit, voucher, or date change.

Travel Agency’s planning fees, service fees, administrative fees, late fees, reinstatement fees, change fees, research fees, consultation fees, and other professional fees are non-refundable, even if the trip is canceled, postponed, interrupted, or modified for any reason. If a trip is cancelled by the agency, a travel credit may be issued at the agency’s discretion.

Travel credits must be used within 12 months.

ROOMMATE POLICY

Travelers sharing accommodations are jointly responsible for the total reservation cost.

If a roommate cancels, the remaining traveler may be responsible for single occupancy pricing unless they are able to obtain a new room-mate.

Golden Life Travel LLC does not provide roommate matching services and is not responsible for roommate disputes.

GROUP TRAVEL

Group travel may involve additional terms outlined in the travel proposal or group agreement.

Group leaders may be required to sign separate agreements governing group responsibilities.

GUEST CONDUCT, SAFETY, AND REMOVAL

Passenger agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and cooperative manner toward other travelers, Travel Agency representatives, trip hosts, suppliers, hotel staff, airline staff, drivers, guides, local residents, and any other person encountered during travel.

Travel Agency reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue a warning, restrict participation in certain activities, remove Passenger from the group, deny continued participation, or refuse future service if Passenger’s behavior is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, abusive, intoxicated, discriminatory, harassing, illegal, destructive, or otherwise incompatible with the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of the group.

Examples of prohibited conduct include, but are not limited to: verbal abuse, physical aggression, threats, harassment, theft, excessive intoxication, illegal drug use, failure to follow local laws, failure to follow supplier rules, repeated lateness, refusal to follow safety instructions, behavior that delays the group, or conduct that creates risk or discomfort for others.

If Passenger is removed from a trip, activity, hotel, transportation service, cruise, excursion, or group experience, Passenger is solely responsible for all costs associated with removal, alternate accommodations, alternate transportation, return travel, cancellation penalties, and any damages caused. Unused services are non-refundable.

Travel Agency will document incidents as appropriate and may rely on reports from trip hosts, suppliers, hotel staff, guides, drivers, other guests, or local authorities when making safety and conduct decisions.

PUBLIC STATEMENTS, REVIEWS, AND CONFIDENTIAL RESOLUTION

Travel Agency respects Passenger’s right to share truthful opinions about their travel experience. Passenger agrees, however, not to publish, post, or distribute false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or knowingly inaccurate statements about Travel Agency, its representatives, suppliers, trip hosts, employees, contractors, or other passengers.

Passenger agrees to make reasonable efforts to contact Travel Agency directly in writing regarding any concern, complaint, refund request, service issue, or dispute so that Travel Agency has an opportunity to review and respond.

Travel Agency may not be able to publicly respond in detail to complaints involving private booking information, payment information, medical information, supplier contracts, passenger conduct, or other confidential details.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Travel Agency reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refuse future service to any person where permitted by law, including but not limited to individuals who have violated these Terms & Conditions, failed to make timely payments, initiated improper chargebacks, provided false information, engaged in abusive or threatening conduct, disrupted a group experience, damaged supplier relationships, or created safety, legal, financial, or operational concerns.

Any refusal of service will be based on documented conduct, business considerations, safety concerns, payment history, or violation of these Terms & Conditions, and not on any legally protected status.

Travel Itinerary Changes

Travel itineraries may change due to:

Weather conditions

Supplier operational changes

Government regulations

Safety considerations

Golden Life Travel LLC reserves the right to modify travel arrangements when necessary.

TRAVEL INSURANCE ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND WAIVER

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travel.  Travel insurance may provide coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical expenses, medical evacuation, travel delays, baggage loss, supplier default, and other covered events, subject to the terms of the policy purchased.

Passenger understands that Travel Agency is not an insurance company and does not determine coverage, approve claims, deny claims, or guarantee reimbursement under any travel insurance policy. Passenger is solely responsible for reviewing the insurance policy, understanding coverage limits and exclusions, and selecting a policy that meets Passenger’s needs.

If Passenger declines travel insurance, Passenger accepts full financial responsibility for any loss, cancellation, delay, interruption, medical expense, evacuation cost, supplier failure, weather event, airline disruption, government action, personal emergency, or other travel-related expense that may have been covered by insurance. Passenger further agrees not to seek reimbursement, refund, credit, chargeback, or compensation from Travel Agency for any loss that may have been covered by travel insurance.

Passenger may be required to sign a travel insurance acceptance or waiver form before travel documents are released.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES, EVACUATION, AND EMERGENCY CONTACTS

In the event of a medical emergency, illness, injury, accident, mental health crisis, hospitalization, quarantine, or other health-related event, Travel Agency may contact local emergency services, the hotel, cruise line, tour operator, ground operator, travel insurance provider, or Passenger’s emergency contact as deemed appropriate under the circumstances.

Passenger authorizes Travel Agency, its representatives, trip hosts, tour leaders, local ground operators, or suppliers to seek emergency assistance on Passenger’s behalf when Passenger is unable to do so. Passenger understands that Travel Agency is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, supervision, or medical decision-making.

All medical costs, hospital costs, evacuation costs, quarantine costs, additional hotel nights, transportation changes, missed services, return travel, companion travel, and related expenses are the sole responsibility of Passenger. Travel Agency is not responsible for the availability, quality, cost, or outcome of medical care provided by any third party.

If Passenger is unable to continue with the scheduled itinerary due to illness, injury, hospitalization, quarantine, or medical restriction, unused services are non-refundable. The group itinerary may continue as scheduled while Passenger receives medical care.

Passenger is responsible for providing accurate emergency contact information, medical information, allergy information, mobility information, and any other health-related information necessary for safe travel.

PASSENGER INFORMATION ACCURACY

Passenger is responsible for providing complete and accurate legal names, dates of birth, passport information, identification details, contact information, emergency contact information, flight details, loyalty numbers, known traveler numbers, dietary requests, accessibility needs, and any other information required for travel.

Passenger is responsible for reviewing invoices, confirmations, travel documents, names, dates, destinations, rooming lists, flight details, and all other booking information for accuracy. Passenger must notify Travel Agency in writing of any error immediately.

Travel Agency is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, supplier penalties, name correction fees, rebooking fees, missed services, cancellation, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or late information provided by Passenger.

Travel Agency will make reasonable efforts to assist Passenger when a supplier changes, cancels, delays, substitutes, downgrades, overbooks, fails to perform, or provides services below expectation. However, Travel Agency is not responsible for supplier acts, omissions, financial condition, staffing shortages, operational failures, bankruptcy, safety decisions, service changes, or inability to perform.

When necessary, Travel Agency reserves the right to substitute hotels, transportation, excursions, restaurants, activities, guides, ground operators, or other services with alternatives of similar type or value when available. Additional costs caused by supplier changes, availability, emergency replacement services, or upgraded alternatives may be the responsibility of Passenger unless otherwise stated in writing.

Passenger understands that information may change quickly and that Travel Agency may rely on updates from airlines, suppliers, government agencies, local authorities, weather services, cruise lines, hotels, ground operators, and other third parties. Travel Agency is not responsible for inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or changing information received from third parties.

Passenger agrees to monitor the communication channels provided by Travel Agency, including email, text message, phone, group chat, travel app, or other designated communication method. Passenger is responsible for ensuring Travel Agency has accurate contact information before and during travel.

Failure to read, receive, or respond to travel updates may result in missed transfers, missed activities, missed flights, additional expenses, or cancellation of services, for which Passenger is solely responsible.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Passenger agrees to contact Travel Agency in writing before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or claim with a bank, credit card company, payment processor, or financing provider. Passenger understands that many travel payments are immediately forwarded to third-party suppliers and may be governed by supplier refund policies outside Travel Agency’s control.

Passenger agrees that filing a chargeback does not cancel these Terms & Conditions, does not override supplier policies, and does not create a right to a refund where one is not otherwise available under these Terms & Conditions or supplier terms.

If Passenger initiates a chargeback or payment dispute for a payment that was validly authorized, Passenger agrees to reimburse Travel Agency for all costs associated with responding to the dispute, including administrative time, merchant fees, processor fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees where permitted by law. Travel Agency also reserves the right to cancel Passenger’s reservation, withhold travel documents, deny future service, or pursue collection of any outstanding balance.
